When you use the BP Methods application, we collect minimal information necessary to deliver educational testing, analytics, and authentication services:

• Account & Authentication: Your mobile phone number is used exclusively for one-time passcode (OTP) verification and authentication via Firebase Authentication.
• Academic Performance Data: Mock test submissions, answer choices, sprint timings, and aggregated topic scores to generate performance insights.
• Device & Usage Diagnostics: Crash logs, app performance metrics, and anonymous device identifiers via Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability.

2. How We Use Information

We use the data collected strictly for the following purposes:

• Authenticating student access and preserving your test history across devices.
• Delivering mock tests, computing subject-wise percentiles, and recommending improvement areas.
• Preventing unauthorized access, bot abuse, and fraudulent activity.
• Fixing technical issues, app crashes, and improving system reliability.

3. Third-Party Services

We partner with industry-standard, secure infrastructure providers. These services may process data under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore): Database storage, user authentication, and secure cloud operations.
• Google Play Services: App distribution, Play Integrity API verification, and in-app updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade student personal information with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain student progress and test records for as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion or data removal at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, all associated personal and performance records will be permanently expunged within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

BP Methods is designed for high-school students (Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or institutional consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal details without consent, please contact us for immediate deletion.

6. Security

All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Sensitive database records are protected by strict Cloud Firestore Security Rules.
