      Overview: Welcome to BP Methods, an educational platform and offline classroom coaching institute operated by RezmoAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the BP Methods mobile application, website (bpmethods.com), or student portal (app.bpmethods.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
    

1. Educational Services

BP Methods provides classroom coaching, board exam simulated mock test papers, step-by-step marking rubrics, MCQ practice arenas, and learning analytics for students preparing for CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge IGCSE, State Board, IIT-JEE, and NEET-UG examinations.

2. User Accounts & Security

Students and parents authenticate via mobile phone number OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and mobile device access.
Each account is licensed for individual, non-commercial student use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing account access is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content, question banks, simulated mock examination papers, handwritten evaluation rubrics, proprietary solutions, branding, graphics, and software code are the intellectual property of BP Methods and RezmoAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, web scraping, or public republication is prohibited.

4. Fair Use & Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt testing servers.
Attempts to manipulate mock exam timers, inject unauthorized code, or exploit question banks will result in immediate termination of account access.

5. Offline Coaching Center

Classroom programs are conducted at the BP Methods Learning Center, Bileshivale Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Classroom attendance, offline batches, and fee structures are governed by enrollment agreements signed at the center.

6. Limitation of Liability

While BP Methods strives to provide accurate exam simulations and marking rubrics aligned with board standards, examination results ultimately depend on individual student preparation and official board assessments. BP Methods shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
